CL200 small agricultural four-wheel tractor gearbox, Solidworks 2013 fully parametric design, complete and accurate components, containing more than 110 independent parts, comprehensive details. The gearbox assembly CL200.37 includes not only the overall structure of the gearbox but also the differential assembly and drive axle housing structure. This gearbox consists of 5 shafts (main shaft, intermediate shaft, reverse gear shaft, auxiliary transmission shaft, and steering shaft) and 11 gears (including 4 compound gears, 3 pairs of constant mesh gears, and the rest are non-constant mesh gears). By changing the axial position of three axially movable gears (namely reverse gear, high-speed gear, and auxiliary transmission compound gear) via the shift lever to engage them with the corresponding gears, six different forward speeds and two reverse speeds can be obtained. By changing the position of the reverse gear and high-speed gear, three forward speeds and one reverse speed can be achieved, which is called main transmission. After changing the engagement position of the auxiliary transmission compound gear, and then performing the main transmission again, three different forward speeds and one reverse speed can be obtained, doubling the speed range. This process of changing the engagement position of the auxiliary transmission without realizing speed change is called auxiliary transmission. A gearbox consisting of main and auxiliary transmissions in the same housing is called a (3+1)×2 structure gearbox. It has a wide speed range, high efficiency, and is easy and flexible to operate. The vehicle gearbox assembly CL200.37 model has high reference value and is welcome to download!
