The mechanism of this equipment, designed with SW2016, includes editable part features. The worktable panel of the sawing equipment adopts a patented design with a special processing method, effectively protecting the cut products and preventing scratches on the material surface during feed advancement or retraction. The control of the cutting waste is managed to a minimum of 80mm, significantly reducing material waste. The equipment uses a dust collection system along with a fully enclosed protective cover, which better collects aluminum chips and facilitates 5S management while effectively reducing sawing noise by over 20 decibels, making it a low-noise aluminum profile sawing machine. The spindle precision is within 0.005mm, and the workpiece cutting precision is stably controlled within ±0.1mm, compatible with ultra-thin saw blades to achieve material savings. All feeding and tool advancement utilize imported square ball linear guides to ensure the stability of sawing processing. All motors of the equipment are installed with overheating and overload protection devices to prevent accidental motor damage. The sawing feed utilizes a servo motor, ensuring stable and vibration-free sawing. It includes STP and UG universal editable formats.
