Belt Conveyor with Hopper Loading Equipment 3D Model
SolidWorks 2014 design source files can be edited and contain parameters. The hopper belt conveyor is used for feeding materials.
Working principle: It mainly consists of two end rollers and an enclosed conveyor belt tightly fitted around them. The roller that drives the conveyor belt is called the drive roller (or driving drum); the other roller that only changes the direction of the conveyor belt movement is called the redirecting roller. The drive roller is powered by a motor through a reducer, and the conveyor belt is towed by the friction between the drive roller and the conveyor belt.
The drive roller is generally installed at the discharge end to increase traction, facilitating towing. Materials are fed in from the feed end, fall onto the rotating conveyor belt, and are transported to the discharge end by the frictional force of the conveyor belt for unloading.
