This equipment belongs to lithium battery equipment, and its function is to transfer the battery cell to the pre-welding position for the tabs, perform pre-welding of the positive and negative tabs, and after pre-welding is completed, perform dust removal and insulation resistance testing on the tabs. If the product is defective, it is directly output through a defective product mechanical arm to the defective product conveyor belt. Good products continue to be transferred to the next station, where the cover plate is fixed to the fixture, positioned, and welded. After welding, the cover plate’s welded tabs are deburred, dusted, and the battery cell’s tabs are bent, tab protective adhesive is applied, and a cell retaining bracket is attached. Once complete, the unloading mechanical arm removes the battery cell from the fixture and transfers it to the casing insertion conveyor belt. The battery welding and adhesive application machine, lithium battery welding equipment, and welding fixtures are returned to the initial position using a double-layer conveyor belt, cycling in battery cells, thereby completing procedures like tab pre-welding, dust removal, insulation resistance testing, cover plate welding, dusting, tab bending, protective adhesive application, and retaining bracket installation.
