This is a set of product sorting and conveyor belt structures, designed with SolidWorks 2011. Typically, this kind of structure is added after the supply from a vibrating bowl to enhance the process. It mainly facilitates additional sorting and inspection requirements for certain products. The products on the conveyor belt usually come from a vibrating bowl or other feeders, with two added inspection and sorting stations in the middle. If the product is not facing upwards or if there are defects, the cylinder will automatically push it out, thereby reducing defective products from flowing to the next station. The products are then conveyed to the back end, which features a sorting and ejection structure that ejects the products into an assembly-ready state, making it convenient for robotic arms to pick them up. This is a diagram of a sorting and conveying structure.
