Completion of soldering for 128 solder joints on the product (80 on the front, 48 on the back). The switch between front and back of the product is automatically controlled by the machine.

Basic Equipment Configuration:

Equipment Details:
1. The dual-head automatic soldering machine comes with a cleaning mechanism for soldering iron tips, solder collection box, and brush.
2. The spacing adjustment of the soldering iron group is automatically adjusted by a servo motor equipped with a grating ruler.
3. The equipment is a non-standard configuration composed of three servo screw modules (X/Y/Z) and two stepper motors (U-axis).
4. The equipment operating system is written by our company and can achieve one-click import of coordinates (customer needs to provide product solder point coordinates).
5. The flipping of the product’s front and back is automatically realized by a servo motor equipped with a gear reducer.
6. The dual-head soldering machine is expected to have a soldering efficiency of 1.5s per single solder joint.
7. The machine can automatically alarm, pause, and can be quickly resumed after manual alarm clearance.
8. The equipment is equipped with a safety light curtain.
