The device features a professional control system, stable and reliable; the XY modules both use slide rail screws and stepper motors, along with sync wheels and synchronous belt transmission. The electrical control part uses a control panel and human-machine interface for control. The entire machine’s appearance includes guard plates to ensure safety. The machine speed is adjustable, allowing for manual control. Parameters can be edited and modifications can be downloaded for production, reference, or study purposes. This automatic laminating machine is mainly used for seaming, welding, cutting by melting, and embossing of synthetic fiber fabrics. The processed products have excellent water resistance, high production efficiency, require no needle and thread materials, and have smooth, burr-free cutting surfaces with a good touch.
