Equipment Process:
1. Manually place parts into the vibrating bowl.
2. Use linear vibration to bring parts to the sorting mechanism;
3. The left and right sorting cylinders move the misalignment mechanism to send parts separately into the left and right drilling machines for positioning and drilling;
4. Automatic unloading upon completion, manual removal;
Automatic line includes equipment: 1 set of vibrating bowls, 2 sets of drilling machines, 1 set of machine frame, 1 set of misalignment mechanism, 2 sets of pushing and positioning mechanism;
