Automatic F Connector Assembly Equipment

This design drawing is for the F-head connector automatic assembly machine. It uses a vibrating plate for material sorting. Through an automatic assembly mechanism, the pin is inserted into the F-head base. The entire process involves pin insertion, installing the sealing pad, placing the cover, inserting into the outer shell, and riveting the outer shell. The machine production efficiency is 3500 pieces per minute. The drawings include 3D models, engineering drawings, and BOM.
