Engine Oil Automatic Thermostat Device 3D Drawings Solidworks2013 File External equipment for engine experiments, with relatively complete components.
An oil thermostat device includes a heat exchanger, an external medium circulation pipeline, and an oil circulation pipeline. The heat exchanger is equipped with oil heat exchange pipelines and external medium heat exchange pipelines, each respectively connected to the oil circulation pipeline and the external medium circulation pipeline. The oil circulation pipeline includes a main oil inlet and a main oil return path. An oil inlet temperature sensor is installed on the oil circulation pipeline, and a three-way valve used for proportionally adjusting and controlling the temperature of the engine oil is installed on the main oil return path. This design accurately controls the oil temperature flowing into the engine by using the three-way valve to proportionally mix the flow rate of the oil that enters the heat exchanger with the flow rate of the oil that does not enter the heat exchanger.
