Function:
Feeding with one-out-of-four vibrating bowls, a module drives the suction head to shift and load materials, a three-axis dispensing machine dispenses glue, then the product’s three parts are assembled by pressing, followed by curing in the drying tunnel, and finally laser engraving for marking.
Structure Composition:
Product Assembly Mechanism: Three stations for feeding, dispensing, and pressing to assemble the product.
Laser Engraving Equipment: Responsible for marking assembled products.
Drying Tunnel: Uses a long drying tunnel for glue curing.
Transmission Mechanism: Implements carrier transfer function with a conveyor belt in coordination with cylinders.
Feeding Mechanism: Adopts a one-out-of-four vibrating bowl with linear vibrators to complete the feeding function.
Linear Module Shift Suction Mechanism: Uses a linear module to drive a cushioned suction head to lift steel sheets from the linear path and move them to place products on the carrier.
Carrier Top Positioning Mechanism: Uses three cylinders to achieve carrier limiting function.
Dispensing Mechanism: Uses a three-axis dispensing machine capable of moving in all directions to apply glue onto products above the carrier.
Magnetic Steel Linear Module Shift Suction Mechanism: Uses a linear module to drive a cushioned suction head to lift steel sheets from the linear path and move them to place products on the carrier.
Cushioned Suction and Release Mechanism: Uses an independent suction head with a cushioning spring and a positioning pin underneath to ensure precise suction and release and facilitate machine adjustment.
Material Pressing Mechanism: Uses a cylinder-driven pressing head for pressing the product.
Pressing Head Mechanism: Uses an independent pressing head with a cushioning spring and a positioning pin underneath to ensure precise suction and release and facilitate machine adjustment.
