Automatic volumetric filling equipment with high volumetric filling accuracy and high efficiency driven by servo motor. The equipment consists of anchor frame stirrer, heating material tank, screw conveyor, metering plate, and cam transmission system. The design challenge lies in the power calculation of the stirrer and the design calculation of the stirring shaft. Calculation and selection of the conveyor, sealing of the metering plate.
