A semi-finished battery cell feeding device, used for the loading and inspection process on an automatic production line for mobile phone lithium batteries. Equipped with a plate frame loading and empty plate frame automatic return module, a three-axis gantry robot arm for gripping the battery cell module, a battery cell flipping module, a linkage transport module, a battery cell testing module, a barcode scanner station, a defective product ejection and buffering module. The entire machine is designed for a sequence time of 3.6 seconds per piece and a production capacity of 1000 pieces per hour. The machine includes structures such as chain transmission, gantry robot arm construction, single-axis robot arm, and belt transmission. The overall dimensions of the machine are 4245X2000X2050. The solution is for reference, it is editable, but parameters cannot be modified. Original file is in SolidWorks2018.
