The complete equipment includes length, width, thickness, and head thickness measurement, loading and unloading with defective product conveyor belts, and a five-axis linkage manipulator. The test contact pressure is adjustable, and non-contact probes prevent large size measurement errors caused by pressure offset. All drives use servo motors, ensuring high repeatability.
