This non-standard design uses a cylinder to drive the pressing of stainless steel clamps.
Function: Replace manual pressing of clamps to improve work efficiency and ensure product consistency and stability. The stainless steel is 0.5mm thick Japanese metal 436 stainless steel, commonly used in mainstream vehicle models in the market. It has high brightness but is highly prone to scratches, so this tooling must avoid scratching parts during the work process.
The data includes both editable UG7.0 parameters and general STP format files, as well as individual part 2D processing drawings and a BOM for all parts. This product is currently being used as tooling, and it can be directly processed and put into actual production upon drawing submission, providing a certain degree of reference value.
Thank you!
