Total cycle time: < 25 seconds._x000D_ Manual operation time: < 25 seconds._x000D_ Product switching tooling adjustment time: < 1 minute (width adjustment, glass support position adjustment)._x000D_ Noise level: Less than 70dB at 1 meter from the noise source._x000D_ _x000D_ Technical Description of Structural Components:_x000D_ • The rack uses 50*50 Bosch aluminum profiles, with external dimensions: W1500 × D1100 × H1500mm (maximum glass 800 × 1000)._x000D_ • Acrylic panels are installed on the rear, left, right, and front sides of the workstation._x000D_ • Effective drying layers for the glass are 12 layers, with interlayer spacing of 35~50mm, chain load requirement not less than 80KG (calculated based on the weight of the glass)._x000D_ • The glass is supported by black nylon (flat) with black felt padding to prevent glass scratches. Support length is 65mm._x000D_ • Conveying tray: The tray frame is I-shaped (350X450) with a cylinder installed on the lower side (adjustable running speed) for forward and backward movement. There are four suction cups (FESTO brand, Φ80) on the tray that can be manually adjusted. When the button is manually pressed, the conveying frame, with a piece of raw glass, extends out. After the glass extends, the lifting device starts, elevates the glass (height not less than 600), then tilts inward (about 30 degrees). After the glass is removed, the ejecting device automatically descends and retracts, then the chain descends one pitch._x000D_ • The left side of the chain is fixed, and the right side is adjustable, with an adjustment range of 300mm._x000D_ • A control display screen is installed at the top left of the front (mounted on the profile), with an acrylic protective cover._x000D_ • Transmission mechanism: Consists of a frequency converter + transmission motor + reducer._x000D_ • The electrical cabinet is connected to external cables using quick connectors, placed at the lower left bottom, pull-out for easy maintenance._x000D_ • The transmission mechanism requires chain tension adjustment (to prevent loosening during transmission) and axial direction adjustability. Adjustable range: 0-30MM._x000D_ • PLC control system:_x000D_ - Production start: Glass with a completed bottom coat is placed on the top layer of the delay rack, the top layer sensor detects the glass, press the "descend one pitch" button, and the chain descends one pitch. After inserting the glass, the chain automatically descends._x000D_ - Glass removal: When the glass descends onto the tray and reaches the set time, press the "in/out" button, and the tray with the bottom layer glass extends out. During the extension process, the scanner will scan the barcode information; if not read, a red light alarm will light up until the barcode is scanned, and then the reset button can be used for reset. The operator can take the glass from the tray (the ejecting device automatically descends and retracts)._x000D_ - Glass removal button ① installed on the top of both sides (2), the button box is flush with the profile side, button extends._x000D_ - An alarm should trigger if the glass is removed before the time is up._x000D_ - Control panel buttons (from left to right): mode knob ②, control button ③, descend one pitch ④, reset ⑤, emergency stop button ⑥, model details are in the table below._x000D_ - A three-color light is installed on the right profile (near the rear 1500 high profile)._x000D_ - Electrical control cabinet is placed at the lower rear left side, cabinet size 400X600._x000D_ - Rear and side need limiters (material: black nylon sheet, rear 2 pieces, side 1 piece); safety protection made in front of the glass.
