Detailed Design Model of Balance Shaft 3D Drawings CATIA Design with STP Format
This is a detailed design model of a balance shaft. When the engine is in operation, the piston moves at a very high and uneven speed. When the piston is at the top or bottom dead center, its speed is zero, but mid-stroke, it reaches its maximum speed. The piston’s high-speed linear motion within the cylinder generates significant inertia forces on the piston, piston pin, and connecting rod. Although the weights on the connecting rod can effectively balance these inertia forces, only part of the mass is involved in linear motion, while another part is involved in rotation. Therefore, except at the dead center positions, other inertia forces cannot be completely balanced, causing the engine to vibrate.
