The non-standard automated slider assembly machine is a non-standard automated device that can achieve partial product component automated assembly. Previously, this position required two people for specialized manual pre-assembly. The action process included placing the injection molded parts, assembling the rubber blocks and injection molded parts, and screwing. Approximately 200 units could be completed per hour, but frequent repetitive assembly often led to fatigue and missed screws, causing unstable product quality and creating inspection and after-sales quality risks. By independently developing and designing automated assembly equipment, the device can replace manual operation, increasing production capacity to 500 units per hour, doubling efficiency compared to manual operation.
