This is an original design of a cooling trough, with the purpose of cooling, using water as the coolant. The cooling targets are high-temperature objects in the extrusion production line, and these objects should be cooled to a temperature below 42 degrees Celsius. The equipment is installed with 12 adjustable universal cooling pipes, each equipped with a flow meter to measure the water flow. The calibration station also includes 3 high-pressure water pumps and a water storage tank to provide water pressure for circulation cooling. The cooling trough is divided into an upper trough and a lower trough: the upper trough serves the purpose of cooling, while the lower trough acts as temporary water storage. There is also a fan drying device at the back end of the equipment, consisting of a cooling air ring and a centrifugal fan, among other components. The entire trough section is adjustable in height, can be adjusted back and forth, and moves reciprocally left to right with a range of 0 to 800 millimeters.
