The 3D model of this equipment is designed by SolidWorks 2012 software, with the entire set of drawings being original and fully complete 3D model design drawings. The equipment is suitable for products such as 18650 batteries, 10450 batteries, various cylindrical batteries’ X-Ray inspection machines, etc. The device mainly uses a chain return conveyor to transport the batteries that need to be inspected to the X-Ray inspection station for testing. This set of X-Ray inspection emitters can detect the battery’s internal resistance, voltage, injection status, and the number of winding layers inside the battery through X-ray exposure. It is currently the most advanced inspection equipment in the country and is also very stable in use.
When the battery enters from the conveyor belt, the battery core manipulator grabs the product and places it on the carrier station of the chain return line for secondary positioning and transportation, and inspection. Defective ones will be discharged in the line. There are two sets of defect discharge mechanisms and defect discharge manipulators. The final good products will be gathered together. These are the main functions of the equipment.
