Film Applicator Machine
The film applicator is a component used for applying films to 20-27 inch LCD screens. The LCD screens are transferred in sync with the assembly line, then positioned and secured. The film transfer component moves the film above the LCD screen. The film is then released, and tape is cut into small segments by the tape cutting component and applied to the film. The film is fixed in place through rolling by the compression component.
