This is a fully automatic loading mechanism. The blanks are manually transported to the conveyor line, which then transports the entire box of blanks to the flipping mechanism unit. The flipping mechanism rotates, and uses a cylinder to push the product out. It slides down to the length detection station, where a readable-stroke cylinder is used to check the length of the product. After detection, a robot takes out the product and places it into the equipment for processing.
