Non-Standard Seal Ring Vulcanization Cooling Line

This drawing is a vulcanization cooling line for non-standard sealing rings. The sealing ring is relatively large and needs cooling. If the cooling area is made linear, it would waste space. In the drawing, a combination of chain, servo motor, and tooling is used, with 2 layers, making a total of 80 stations. Axial fans are installed on both the top and bottom to enhance the cooling effect. After cooling is completed, the sealing ring undergoes trimming.
