Elevator Hall Door Panel Powder Coating Robot Automatic Loading and Unloading Workstation

Description
1. This workstation uses two 160KG robots for automatic loading and unloading on the door panel powder spraying line;
2. The door panel loading workstation and unloading workstation are divided into two independent systems.
1) The door panel loading station consists of a robot system, door panel positioning transfer table, and door panel loading AB station.
2) The door panel unloading system consists of a robot system, door panel unloading station, and door panel unloading and transfer conveyor line.
3. This workstation is staffed with a total of 1 person, as follows;
1) Auxiliary personnel (material handling – machine operation) 1 person;
4. Production cycle: 15 seconds/piece;
