Operation description: The pipe fittings are placed into the storage bin, and the products roll into the inclined slot of the push plate. The cylinder lifts and elevates the product, causing it to roll in the direction of the inclined slot onto the second push plate. This process continues incrementally to push the pipe fittings onto the conveyor line. The function of the photoelectric switch E3Z-D61 is to provide an elevating signal to the push plate cylinder. When the photoelectric sensor does not detect a product, it indicates that the elevating cylinder can lift, pushing the pipe fittings onto the conveyor line.
The E2K-X4ME1 is used to determine if there is a product in the dialing tray, and the top fiber optics are used to determine the direction of the pipe fittings. This subsequently provides the direction for the stepper rotation (either sending the product to the next station or returning it to the storage bin). This mechanism greatly aids in design.
