90° Lifting Transfer Mechanism

Lift and transfer mechanism is applied for 90-degree directional change in conveying, where an object’s vertical movement is transformed into horizontal movement. The basic operating principle is that when a product enters the platform from the side and triggers the photoelectric sensor, the cylinder extends, lifting the conveyor platform. The conveyor motor then starts, enabling the product to move along the direction of the belt drive. This mechanism is very practical and is suitable for beginners in non-standard design.
