This is an original piece of equipment by me, featuring a mature and stable mechanism with high efficiency, utilizing a full cam system to transfer and move products. The equipment is an electronic parts air-blowing dust removal device; the conveyor belt connects to a processing device and conveys this device for dust removal. The cam facilitates automatic sorting, and the main shaft transmission structure includes a clutch design. When the sensor on the conveyor belt does not detect the material reaching the corresponding position, the clutch disengages. It waits for the material to reach the position, making this structure stable and reliable. The equipment uses PLC control, and a regular AC variable speed motor can complete fully automated production, making it cost-effective. It is of great reference value. This purely cam-based equipment may appear simple in structure, but it is quite challenging in terms of mechanism.
