A diaphragm machine is a type of positive displacement compressor, which compresses gas by deforming the diaphragm to change the volume of the gas chamber. There is a curved surface machined on both the cylinder head and the oil distribution plate of the diaphragm machine’s diaphragm head, forming the gas chamber and oil chamber with the diaphragm clamped between them. The gas chamber communicates with the intake and exhaust valves installed in the valve ports of the cylinder head, while the oil chamber connects to the oil chamber in the cylinder block through numerous guide holes on the oil distribution plate. The bolts around the diaphragm head fasten the cylinder head, diaphragm, oil distribution plate, and cylinder block together, ensuring the gas chamber and oil chamber in the diaphragm head are sealed without leakage.
