Middle Shell (Three-Plate Mold Opening And Closing Control Buckle Machine + Front

The model is a mid-shell injection mold drawing with four cavities. It uses a pinpoint gate, and the product material is ABS. The mold structure includes a three-plate mold with a pinpoint gate, front mold tunnel slider, front mold ejector plate ejection, and rear mold inclined ejector. The mold operation is quite complex: during mold opening, first open the panel – activate the oil cylinder – then open the AB plate – eject. For mold closing: reset the ejector plate – close the AB plate – reset the oil cylinder – close the panel.
