This model is an injection mold diagram for a mop holder housing, with one cavity producing four pieces. The injection method uses a needle valve hot runner with a horn gate. The product interior has multiple snap positions. In the mold design, a slanted ejector is used for demolding. The product has an insertion angle of only 0.2 degrees to prevent mold scuffing.
