The equipment includes complete 3D assembly drawings, and part drawings with over 250 parts of various sizes. The equipment’s primary working principle is testing the functionality of SMD components: after being fed through a vibrating bowl, a high-speed pick-and-place mechanism quickly moves the product to be tested onto a rotation disc for relative functional testing. It can generally perform NG sorting tests, polarity tests, and tests on inductors and resistors. For LED components, it can perform binning and sorting tests, among others.
