A desktop fully automatic screw locking (driving) machine is composed of an automatic screw feeder system (i.e., screw supply machine), with the screw driving path controlled by robotic programming. It works in coordination with a pneumatic screw delivery system and includes detection functions for stripped screws, floating locks, missed locks, screw dropping, and absence of screws.

Within 2 seconds, it can lock four screws, achieving a speed equivalent to four times that of manual operation.

1. The feeding system is well-developed. If a jam occurs due to defective screws or impurities, the system will automatically handle it, ensuring a 100% jam-free operation.
2. The torque of the electric screwdriver can be adjusted, with detection functions for stripped threads, missed locks, or improperly seated screws.
3. Different screw heads can be selected according to various products and working conditions to meet diverse product requirements.
4. One machine can store programming for 100 different products, suitable for a variety of product manufacturing. Product processing can be switched at any time (only requiring fixture replacement and program conversion), making it convenient and efficient.
