This is a 3D model of a motor winding machine. The motor drives an intermediate commutating wheel, which in turn drives a small wheel on the rotating shaft. Turning the large wheel by hand results in the shaft rotating multiple times for each revolution of the wheel. A counter is attached to an axis with a fixed wire frame; as the shaft rotates, the sensor displays the number of turns. This allows you to know the number of windings. For winding large coils, you can place a handle on the shaft: turning the handle one full circle winds one loop, which saves effort.
The automatic winding machine will stop automatically once the set number of turns is reached.
Automatic screw locking machine.
Specification: Fully Automatic Motor Winding Machine
