In the glass production process, after the glass is cut, the sizes are often inconsistent, so the glass specifications need to be measured before being conveyed to the glass edging machine for processing. In current production, it is common to use manual methods or a glass loader to place the glass onto a measurement table for size assessment, before sending it to the glass edging machine for processing. However, due to the varying sizes of the glass specifications, the glass edging machine in production needs to repeatedly adjust the mechanical position for processing specifications based on the size of the conveyed glass. This results in the inefficiency of the glass edging process not reaching the maximum efficiency of the equipment. Additionally, the glass edging machine is located at the forefront of the entire glass automation processing line, which slows down the entire line, preventing it from achieving its maximum designed processing efficiency. The purpose of this equipment is to overcome the above-mentioned shortcomings in existing technology by providing an intelligently designed, systematic, efficient, and orderly method for intelligent arrangement of glass sheets. This enhances the production efficiency of the entire automated production line with fully automatic glass arranging production equipment and its working method.
