OP230 Upper and Lower Pipe Column Press Fitting
1. Purpose: Press the upper pipe column assembly into the lower pipe column assembly; the bracket of the upper pipe column has a phase relationship with the installation hole of the lower pipe column.
2. Equipment Specifications: 800mm(W)x1200mm(L)x2000mm(Aluminum Profile H).
3. Equipment Technical Parameters
3.1 Equipment Power: 4kW;
3.2 Air Source: ≥ 0.5Mpa oil-free, water-free clean compressed air source. Air consumption: 1L/min.
3.3 Equipment Operation Form: Product loading/unloading executed by operator (manual), assembly work completed by equipment (automatic).
3.4 Press Force Monitoring: Press machine pressure at 10kN, pressure sensor accuracy 0.3%FS, equipment with self-calibration function, segmented monitoring curve available.
3.5 Press-in Displacement Monitoring: Accuracy ±0.02mm, full stroke monitoring.
3.6 Qualification Judgment: Whether pressure and displacement are within the qualified range.
3.7 Position Accuracy: Coaxiality of the press head positioning center hole and the fixture positioning installation hole less than 0.05mm, perpendicularity of the press head to the workbench surface is 0.05mm.
3.8 Equipment Requirements: Press head uses a floating mechanism while ensuring rigidity; press head and fixtures equipped with recognizable sensors, equipment can automatically identify.
3.9 Model Change: Fixture to be replaced placed under the equipment, with a specially made placement tray.
3.10 Equipment CPK value ≥1.33; the precision of the pressed parts and press fitting accuracy inspected according to drawing requirements.
