Firecracker weaving machines are mechanical devices capable of weaving individual firecrackers into strings of firecrackers. During the weaving process, these machines can perform automatic or semi-automatic continuous weaving according to human requirements and can automatically complete packaging and shaping. Based on their functions, they mainly comprise three parts: the feeding mechanism, the weaving mechanism, and the rolling mechanism. Firecrackers are transported to the designated weaving position by the feeding mechanism, then weaved into a string by the weaving mechanism. Under the action of the pressure wheel in the rolling mechanism, the woven string is pulled out of the machine, completing the weaving process, and subsequently, the rolling mechanism completes the packaging and rolling of the string. The firecracker weaving machine model includes SolidWorks design source files and STP sharing. The model documentation is comprehensive and worth referencing.
