This equipment is designed as the T-shaped Nut Assembly Machine SW2013, including SW engineering drawings, an electrical list, and a PPT presentation.
Design Principle: The equipment’s structural design is very reasonable, with the automatic assembly of hardware iron parts and nuts, followed by the flattening of the iron parts and automatic detection of the flattening height. Honda Company is currently using the equipment, which operates maturely and stably, holding particular reference value for engineers working on non-standard assembly equipment.

Vibration Bowl Production Requirements: The equipment is required to produce 900 finished products per hour.
One finished product every four seconds.
1. The vibration bowl must produce at least 35 products per minute.
2. The maximum diameter of the top plate of the vibration bowl is 500.
3. The vibration bowl’s bottom plate must be compatible with the top plate.
4. Two direct vibrations, two vibration bowls. One pair each.
