This is a non-standard type of three-layer conveyor belt. The entire length of this line is 4 meters, with three layers in total, each featuring a circulation function. This means that each layer operates independently with an entry and exit simultaneously on both sides, avoiding the traditional requirement of moving from the bottom to the top layer sequentially. This separation allows for various tasks to be completed along the line. The transportation components feature a modular design, with each section driven by a motor, making control convenient. From a design perspective, this is very reasonable. The belt in the diagram is a round PU belt. Enthusiasts are welcome to download it for study.
