Four-jaw hollow self-centering chuck, mainly used in laser tube cutting machines.
It can hold round pipes, square pipes, I-beams, and various special-shaped pipes, and can be driven by a servo motor. The internal mechanism uses a cylinder gear structure to drive and relies on pneumatic force for clamping. It can hold pipe diameters ranging from 25-200mm, covering most specifications.
The internal structure is highly refined, with each component having detailed modeling and material property settings, even allowing for direct 2D drawing generation. The overall assembly drawing includes comprehensive assembly constraints, enabling motion simulation.
The three-dimensional structure is completely self-developed. Several team members engaged in months of discussions and brainstorming, making the entire structure scrutinized and possessing strong practicality.
