Vacuum Packaging Machine (Bag Placement, Air Extraction, Inflation, Heat Sealing)
SW design source files and engineering drawings provided. Although a small portion of components are missing, it does not affect the overall reference; the structure is still worth emulating.
The vacuum packaging machine places the plastic bag containing items into the vacuum chamber. The bag’s opening is neatly placed on the heat sealing strip (for inflation packaging, at least one nozzle should be inserted into the bag opening). When the machine cover is pressed down, the panel’s air extraction (vacuum) indicator light turns on. The vacuum pump starts extracting air, and the machine cover is automatically held down. The vacuum degree can be adjusted with the vacuum knob according to packaging requirements. Adjust gradually from low to high based on the scale, ensuring small increments. Once the air extraction reaches the set time (i.e., the desired vacuum level), air extraction ends, and the extraction indicator light goes off. The inflation indicator light turns on, indicating the start of inflation. The inflation knob can adjust the inflation time (i.e., the amount of inflation) in the same manner. If inflation is not needed, switch the power to the vacuum position, and the program automatically advances to the vacuum packaging phase; the inflation indicator light goes off. When air extraction or inflation is complete, the corresponding indicator light turns off, and the heat sealing indicator light turns on, initiating the sealing program. The control panel includes heat sealing time and temperature adjustment knobs to suit materials of different thicknesses. Adjust time and temperature with small increments to prevent a sudden increase in heat sealing temperature, which could damage the heat sealing components. Once the set heat sealing time is reached, the heat sealing indicator light goes off, indicating the end of heat sealing. The vacuum chamber is then exposed to the atmosphere through a solenoid valve until the machine cover lifts automatically. The entire vacuum inflation packaging process is completed, preparing for the next packaging cycle.
