This production line is made for Shenzhen Airmate Electrical Company. It is a fully automatic gluing and pre-pressing machine, suitable for gluing and pre-pressing of 8 similar products. The total length of this production line is nearly 10 meters; it uses a frame-type structure overall. The line body of this device is composed of two sections: one section is the conveying and gluing part, and the other section is the conveying and pre-pressing part, which is the pressing part at the rear section. The conveyor belt of this machine is a PVC belt, driven by two motors via chain transmission. When manually placing the product on the conveyor board, the conveyor starts. Upon reaching the gluing position, the three-axis gluing manipulator begins gluing the required positions. As the conveyor board enters the rear section, it automatically pre-presses. Operators generally only need to place products at the front end, as the equipment completes all gluing and pre-pressing tasks, effectively reducing and lightening manpower.
