The six-station double rotary table aluminum foil labeling machine boasts high efficiency, with a placement rate of UPH850-950 units per hour.
The equipment is primarily designed according to the requirements of labeling and film-applying processes. By utilizing the principle of the precision rotary indexer with equal stations, all processes including labeling, film applying, and flipping are distributed reasonably around two indexers. This allows all process steps to be completed with a single clamping of the workpiece. (The detailed number of process stations ultimately depends on specific process requirements and can be increased or decreased accordingly.)
The rotary indexer rotates clockwise, with the preliminary planned process sequence as follows: applying adhesive to the back; applying barcode to the back of Product A; flipping the PCB board 180° (possibly divided into two stations); applying protective film; applying barcode to Product B. Both Product A and B are labeled with a barcode only once, and each product uses only one barcode station.
The adhesive application position uses a CNC three-axis adjustable labeling machine, while the others use conventional labelers.
The main structure predominantly uses imported standard parts, and the device structure is simple, with priority given to using our company’s standard bonding modules combined with special process-specific labeling heads. The likelihood of mechanical failure is significantly reduced and maintenance is easier.
