The robot arm operates with three-axis simultaneous linkage, swiftly removing products from molds. The transmission method for this robot arm is gear and rack. The robot fixture is fixed on the fixed plate below the Z-axis. The X-axis of this robot arm has a travel of 1.5 meters, the Y-axis is 1 meter, and the Z-axis is 800 mm. Such travel allows for various in-mold forming extractions in injection molding machines. This robot arm was initially developed in Taiwan by Tianxing and has a history of more than ten years.
