Automotive Electronic Brake Assist Assembly and Testing Machine, also known as the Electronic Parking Brake System (EPB) fully automatic assembly and testing machine, is an automated device with sorting capabilities. Currently, high-end domestic vehicles are equipped with electronic brake assist, but this technology will become widespread in various models of cars in the country over the next few years. The development process of this machine—from having no understanding to the successful installation and debugging of the equipment—was generally smooth. The automotive electronic brake assist features automatic feeding, automatic assembly, automatic testing, and automatic unloading of each part. Particularly, the tightening torque is 0.04NM, which requires high precision for automatic alignment during the assembly of the two products. The drawings were designed using Solidworks 2012 software and the source files are available for sharing.
