This set of non-standard automatic line is over 6 meters in total length, with the entire line composed of aluminum profile structure. The conveyor belt connection also adopts a simple low-cost profile design. Its main purpose is to implement processes such as automatic testing, assembly, and dispensing.
The line features 4 sets of three-axis robotic movement modules, each employing a servo motor and lead screw connection. The details of each part are clearly visible and every component is accurately drawn in place.

The middle conveyor belt is used for transporting and lifting positioning of carrier boards.
