This drawing is a three-dimensional model design of the robotic automatic riveting equipment for car sunroof frames. The parts are manually placed on the lower fixture in a process sequence. The lower fixture has positioning, automatic detection, clamping, flipping, etc. The upper fixture is connected to the robot. The robot uses an ATI quick-change connection pneumatic fixture to clamp the frame and move it to the riveting machine for riveting. After completion, it is placed in the designated position.
