Automatic Measurement Machine

This equipment is used for the inspection of notebook C components, adopting a gantry mechanism and dual workstation for inspecting the dimensions of notebook C-checks, with X and Y axes equipped with a grating ruler;
It uses CCD + laser detection, with CCD for planar dimension detection and line laser for height dimension detection; during line laser scanning, smart detection is conducted perpendicular to its cross-section;
The product is fixed with positioning pins on both sides, corresponding to a cylinder clamping method for fixation on both sides; after fixation, a rotating and clamping cylinder is used to clamp the product from above; the clamping cylinder head adopts an avoidance design to bypass the positions needing CCD and laser detection. A limit guide mechanism is adopted during clamping to ensure the clamping position of the pressing head;
