Online Noise and No-load Performance Testing Integrated Machine

(1) Function and Characteristics
A. This equipment is an online single-station device with a soundproof shielding box. In an external environment noise of ∠80dB(A), with doors and windows closed and no abnormal interference, the indoor background noise is ≤50dB(A);
B. Noise testing is performed manually according to existing equipment testing methods, with the product placed shaft end up;
C. After the workpiece on the tooling plate enters the device along the assembly line, the tooling plate is lifted for positioning, the power mechanism is pressed down to the power-on position, and the motor is energized for detection;
D. The equipment has manual and automatic modes for easy equipment debugging;
E. The equipment requires insulation devices to ensure safety;
F. Test results can be automatically saved, with a retention period of more than one year.
G. Connects and controls with other devices, using power connectors or signal line connectors all equipped with pluggable terminals, facilitating maintenance and mobility;

(2) Main Technical Requirements
A. Performance testing items: 1. Motor no-load voltage; 2. Motor no-load current; 3. Motor no-load power; 4. Motor no-load direction.
B. Test specifications are set through an industrial computer, with automatic determination, sound and light alarms, data storage, and one-to-one correspondence between product information and test results.
C. Power lead wires used in the equipment must be anti-interference or shielded power lines, with good equipment grounding, ensuring safety and reliability.
D. The detection platform is equipped with a safety door protection and an emergency stop button, and the motor discharges completely before terminating the test in case of abnormal interruptions.
E. The motor detection platform has internal protection features and will not be damaged by motor failures.
F. All test items can have shielded items set and selected on the testing platform.
