Laptop screw-locking FOAM machine, where workers place the laptop on the first carrier; the screw-locking mechanism locks screws (vibrating plate feeding) onto the product. The handling mechanism moves the product to the next tray. A four-axis robot picks up a label (CCD detects the label), and simultaneously, the CCD on the four-axis robot checks the position of the fixture and applies the label to the product. In the final station, after moving to the last carrier, the flipping mechanism first flips, then applies the label as in the previous step.
