Taidong Punching Machine Process Flow:
1. The stamped product automatically flows to the output conveyor belt (the output conveyor belt can be adjusted and extended according to different products).
2. The defect camera automatically takes photos, the positioning camera positions the product direction, and the encoder calculates the moving distance of the product, with the data transmitted to the controller.
3. The parallel robot accurately locates moving products based on the above data, using an electromagnet to pick up the products, placing defective products on the NG belt and acceptable products on the wide belt, aligning the products simultaneously, placing 4 to 5 large products or 5 to 6 small products.
4. The wide belt moves products to the 6-axis robot station, anti-slip wide belt prevents sliding during product movement. The 6-axis robot uses an electromagnet to pick up 4 large products and place them in the receiving basket, picking up from belt A, then belt B, with the 6-axis robot working continuously, filling receiving basket A and then receiving basket B without stopping.
5. Using the counting function, detect if the receiving basket is full. When full, automatically move it to the aisle with a track, for a forklift to take away, and place an empty basket.
6. The 6-axis robot works continuously, cycling in this manner.
